Major help with noise margin, ive tried everything

      Hi guys

right, ive been with sky for a while and experience a drop out of connection every night around 11pm-1am while im on my xbox.
Other than that its ok i suppose but my noise margin is only 4

Ive tried doing the reboot repeatably trick to get it to stay stable but it wont move past 4 in 3 hours of trying, always 4.
My firmware version is V2.02.44 if that helps.
I have also tried mognuts (no longer works) and another thing that apparently sets noise margin but it doesn't work.

Please any help would be hugely appreciated because i know that 4 is not acceptable even though my connection seems ok.

You sure the router is a V1 ( white) as that should be running V1.03.87.
If it is this should allow you to get stats and ( i think ) set nm.

Detailed stats can be got from the new V1 firmware (V1.03.87)

If not, do a search on here for the Community Update which does allow you to alter nm.

Post your router stats from the normal position and inportantly the Test socket if you have one, we should be able to se where the noise is coming from.

See sig below for test socket details.
