    Amber light On instead of Green light

      Hey,

      I'm in Leicester too and facing the same problem. My exchange is EMCENTL Leicester Central. Looks like somethings happening in the area.


      The 'i' light stays amber for a long time, only just managed to connect now and saw this thread. Problem started for me this time yesterday, hope it is sorted quick!

      Wouldn't these issues normally show up on the Easynet status page? Easynet > Support Portal > Status Information
