      loss of SNR margin

Just before xmas i was having a problem with the connection of the router, turns out that the noise margin was going to 0 after a few mins of connection, phoned sky who capped the line and said they would look into it. after a lot more phone calls and ticket numbers i found that most of my street was having the same problem with broadband this was by talking to friends not sky. The fault was an underground cable on our street full of water, this got fixed yesterday and the internet connection looks fine. i have kept a eye on the margin this morning and it looks fixed not moved a bit. can anybody tell me what speed i should now get before i phone sky back .
      thanks
