Do you get any error messages? I take it you have logged into each account online through the sky portal and enabled POP and that SSL and not SPA is enabled.

What is the error message you get on outlook ?
Have you tested it with Imap ?

If you can send and recive emails online this shows its a outlooks or mail settings issue nothing more ,

      See post :
      Outlook Express and IMAP problems

Let us know how you get on.
