      A message from Sky on my phone...

      Has anyone ever had an automated message from sky telling them that their broadband has been reconfigured and if there is any problems to call Sky tech support?

      At first I thought they may have updated my router FW but no signs of any changes other than my downstream noise margin shows

      2147483647 db

      any thoughts or ideas?

      They didn't leave a number to call you on did they as there is several cons going on when youy have "won" something or you "bank" phones and gets you to phone the number left on the answerphone which happens to be the scammers.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

      The message said we have reconfigured your broadband if you have any problems call sky broadband support on.... and gave the correct number....
