      Re: router help

Is it just Nod32 standard or Smart Security?

If Smart security, right click on taskbar Icon, and then click do not filter network traffic and see if that resolves it?

      Re: router help

There is no reason why Firefox should not work, provided it is not corrupted. I think there it is possibly a left over setting from AOL which is causing the problem. Make sure you have uninstalled all AOL software from your machine. Could I also suggest you download the latest version of Firefox, uninstall your existing and re-install. If you have a lot of extensions you should back these up using FEBE

      See if this page helps?

Error loading websites - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

I know it seems likely its Sky bb causing this, I would have thought you would have had the same issues with IE as well, if this was the case.

      Re: router help

      Could we re-cap

      • You have tried starting in Safe mode with networking
      • You have checked it is not a Proxy issue.
      • You have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.
      • You have read and tried the remedies suggested in NR's link.

None of these have made any difference?
What are the error messages you receive in Firefox and Msg?
You could try downloading and installing Google Chrome See if that will run.
