Moved Home - Think May Have Lost Router

Moved in on the 11th and should get BB on my line this coming Monday (delay due to me giving them wrong number originally). However, I can't seem to find my Sky router. I guess I will need to give them a call as I assume I can't use any other router without the password from the Sky one.

just be honest and tell them that during your home move you've lost your old Sky router 0 shouldn't be an issue...

Ok thanks. That's exactly what I was going to say. I'll have another quick check over the weekend and if I still can't find it I'll give them a call.

Gave them a call on Friday. They will send me a replacement free of charge and I should be getting it within 3-5 days.

No sight of it yet. Just wondering if anybody knows if it's "working days" when they say 3-5 days? My BB is now active so I'm keen on getting to use it again.

Re: Moved Home - Think May Have Lost Router

Just thought. Should the order for the replacement router be appearing under "Track your order" on Sky.com or do they not show that sort of thing there?

You can do it through your tv, Interactive, sky active, My sky account, track my order.

Well if it doesn't appear on the "Track order" link via Sky.com I wouldn't have thought it would appear on Sky interactive. Of course I may be wrong. I'll check this evening although 5 working days is up today so I should have a "tried to deliver" note in my letterbox.
