      If you have not received anything give them a call and chase it up. I am under the understanding that you should see the order online also through the interactive, I know I could see my router order progress when I had a replacement router sent.

      Did you call support, if so call customer services they should be able to tell you if one has been sent. I do not know the number off hand though, sorry.

      I rang the number for BB shown in one of the threads here. Got through to someone after trying to decide exactly which options to press. None of them really seemed to fit the question I was asking. She said the router had been sent from their end (wherever that was) but that the system wasn't showing anything as to where it was or if it had even been sent to me. She said that she would send a note to one of the managers to get them to see what has happended but that wouldn't be able to be done before Monday and that I should wait until the end of next week before ringing them again !! She also said that she would credit my account with 5.

      Well no "tried to deliver" note when I got home. It's seems clear that the router probably hasn't been sent yet. Had I known that it was supposed to show up in my order tracker I wouldn't have waited until today to chase them up. I certainly won't be waiting until next Friday before chasing them again if my order hasn't appeared on the tracker by early next week.

      When you get the replacement dont forget to get your username and password, then if you lose the bloody thing again you can nip down to PC World for a new one while you wait for a replacement.

      Never mind, moving home is very stressful and there are loads of more inportant things to do. When the new one turns up all will be well. I hope you are happy in your new home.

      Aha!!! Think I might just have found the password and username for the old router. The user username consists of a 12 letters and numbers @skydsl and the password is 10 numbers and letters. Can I just pop over to PC World, grab a cheap router and plug in those details whilst I wait for Sky to send the replacement router?
