      Hi

I use flashfxp, are you setting up a server at home, or trying to connect to an FTP site with flashfxp?

If trying to connect to an FTP site external of your network, you do not need to use any ports, it will just work.

      OK - follow these instructions:

Actually just checked, IDENT is already in the list, use steps, 1) and 2) and then from 9) onwards.

I will leave all the steps in to show how to add a custom service for others.

      1) Login to the router, http://192.168.0.1

      2) Username admin password sky

      3) Click security at the top

      4) Click Services at the top

      5) Click add custom service

      6) Service Definition Name: ident

      7) Choose TCP/UDP

      8) Start Port 113 Finish Port 113 then click apply

      9) Click Firewall Rules at the top

      10) Under inbound, click add

      11) Choose ident in the drop down

      12) Action: Allow always

      13) Send to LAN Server: use your PC's IP, in my case, 192.168.0.3

      14) Click Apply - you should be good to go

Great - Its the same for whatever service you wish to add. As long as you know the port number, just follow those steps.
