In my situation I simply connected up the existing extension wiring as follows:-
blue/white wire to terminal 2 on the new filtered faceplate
white/blue wire to terminal 5 on the new filtered faceplate
and I left off the orange/white ring wire as it's not required unless you have the old type steam driven phones

Connected the faceplate and removed all other filters from extension phones.

Then tested both incoming and outgoing to make sure your phones both ring in and out.

(Please note your extension wiring colours may differ!!)

      Hope this helps.
I have wired mine up as follows.

      blue and white to B
      white and blue to A
      white and orange to 3
      orange and white to 2
Is this wrong the broadband and phone work ok

Comparing (again) with directly plugged into the test socket will tell you whether you've "done something wrong" or whether there is some other problem.
Your broadband figures don't look ok though do they? Please do another test directly from the hidden test socket as suggested above and post the results.

Are you connecting your PC wirelessly and plugging your router into the master socket to do the test?

      Have a read of this
      it may help you?

I would try wiring the filtered faceplate as follows:-

blue/white wire to terminal 2 on the new filtered faceplate
white/blue wire to terminal 5 on the new filtered faceplate
leave off the orange/white ring wire as it's not required unless you have old type phones.
leave off the white/orange wire as thats not required at all.

Then remove any other filters you may have at other extensions and test your broadband again and phones to make sure they can both ring in and out and that they ring at any other extension/s you may have.

Please post the after results assuming it all works.
