Router Locks Up every 20 minutes or so.

      HI

I had no setup problems, activation took place on scheduled day, accessed Sky portal straight away.
However, my router constantly locks up. The internet connection seems to be OK but I can't access it as it seems the router has locked up. Accessing the router via its ip address does not work either. This happens with both LAN and WALN connections. Very frustrating. The only solution is to turn it off and on again.
The router is fine and keeps running all the time until you actualy use it for a while ie I can access it in the morning after leaving it on all night but after 20 minutes it just hangs.
Is this faulty? should I spend an hour on the phone and demand a replacement?

      Thaks

It's been stood up and away from other heat sources from day 1.

I have looked at this but it seem to be related to the wireless connection. mine seems to be the router locking up as niether the wired or wireless lan can talk to it. I'll give it a go anyway.
