      Port blocking

I no this thread has come up a million times, but i can't be bothered to sit on the phone to some "technicain" to answer this question.

I have a fair bit of knowledge it computers and networking, but the one thing i can't grasp is port forwarding

I have tried the port forwarding website, but still no luck

I am trying to allow ports for xbox and utorrent and seem to have no luck. The say that they are both blocked (both can make internet connects though?)

does sky block any of these? or is it the router?, I am using a belkin on because the crap sky sent me broke and was unrealiable.

      Re: Port blocking

afaik Sky do not block ports, but on Connect they do traffic shape.

There is a port forwarding tutorial for uTorrent here
