      How can you copy and paste a space from the end. If there was an empty space at the end, even if it were possible to copy it, would be seen as that, an empty space and would not register.

      some browsers/programs (M$ Word, for example) will copy spaces at the end of a sentence/word and it WILL post said space when pasting...

      perhaps routers are sensitive to these quirks!!

      Cause it might have been the wrong mac that Daniel was using, then the penny dropped, and all was well with the correct one. (no offence intended to Daniel or anyone else)

      The username and password are in plain text so he should have seen if it was different. As you say, maybe he did not want to be

      I don't think the router text boxes are capable of MS Word formatting. Even with that, you need to select to use the original formatting for an end space to carry over. Plain text is just not capable of carrying an end space.
