Sagem router crash

Allo all
Been using Sky's Sagem router for 2-3 months now and it's been fine but now it won't connect with my laptop. Sky tell me there's not a problem with my internet service – ie it gets to the router – but so far they have been unable to reconnect me. Been through the reset, off/on again, pinging routines and now waiting (not very expectantly) for a 'call back' . . . any suggestions?
Can I replace the Sagem with my Belkin router that I used before taking the Murdoch shilling?

Re: Sagem router crash

Assuming you have your details from the sagem, why not. I've been using my standby Speedtouch for the last couple of weeks and Sky have not come crashing down on me yet

Re: Sagem router crash

can you not connect at all?? wired or wireless?...

try removing whatever AV software you're using and if you can browse reinstall it as recently ANY Windows updates are then blocking access...OR boot in safe mode and see if that helps...
