      Port Redirection

Is there any way on the Netgear V1 or V2 routers (preferably V1) that you can do port redirection? i.e. Have a request to Port 8080 on the WAN side be redirected to a server on port 80 on the LAN side.

I could do this on my Vigor 2500, but it doesn't seem to be supported on the Netgears.

      Cheers
      Roger

      Re: Port Redirection

Thanks for the info. I believe that the link you have put is showing me how to port forward, not port redirect.

Port Forward does port xxxx --> xxxx (e.g. 80 to 80)
Port Redirect does port xxxx --> yyyy (e.g. 8080 to 80)

I'm trying to do port redirect.

      Cheers
      Roger
