      You need to persist with sky, to get the fault sorted. Just like Iamnottheenemy said, the cap can be lifted If you can get hold of the right department, also they can push things forward with the other fault as well.

      BT managed to get my line issues sorted now have a stable connection (cap lifted).

      BB cuts out when phone in use - BT baffled.
