      To the best of my knowledge, SRA is on by default in the Sky firmware (maybe James can confirm). However, it is off by default at the DSLAM level.

      @reddwarfcrew

      There has been at least one instance where a member had SRA turned on by an engineer working on a DSLAM (Sky hunted it down very quickly presumably by looking at the exchange in his Skyuser profile - as they may do with you). Incidentally, as each DSLAM has many line cards, if SRA has been accidentally turned on I wonder if that affects all the cards or just yours?

      Why don't Sky want SRA on then? =/ Surely it would help a lot of people's disconnection issues...

      Re: SRA and uPnP working????

      When I had my router replaced and I stuck on my old Belkin router, SRA was on and working yet my v1 routers don't have it on.

      But why don't Sky have this feature on it would make my life so much easier if it was.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
