      net 934g router unable to use remote assistance

      ok worked on 834gt but not on this one....when some one requests remote assistance it will not connect do i need to set anything up on router

      I don't think the router has to be set in any particular way, after all it is possible to use a dial-up connection for this. You are aware that on a Vista machine you can help someone on XP, but not vice-versa?
