      Re: Firmware Upgrade

When it comes to getting the update, I don't know whether it's a more reliable connection that I'm looking forward to, or if it's a new challenge to hack!

Dear ****? Were the stars there intended to blank out your name, or did Sky call you something that the swear filters on this forum blocked?

      Re: Firmware Upgrade

I don't think we will be getting the firmware upgrade anytime soon. As for the "we will contact you when the update is made". Well yeah right, when their DNS server went down last year and everybody was having issues. I asked "Will you be apologizing for this upset to the customers?", they said yes, so where is the email...didn't get one. Should have expected that much to be honest.
