    Wireless problems

      If this only started recently, that might suggest that someone in your neighbourhood has just set up a wireless network. With the explosion in the popularity of wireless networking this is quite likely. You could try changing the channels on the router one by one to see if you can find one that connects properly.

      A better idea may be to invest in a Powerline network, these are faster than wireless, more secure and more dependable. This Solwise model is one of the cheapest around and it gets very good reviews.

      Wow i've changed the channels not had many problems so far. My comp picks up like 8 other networks round here so this may well be the problem (touch wood).

      That's good, unfortunately if you live in a area with lots of houses/flats around, it is always going to be a problem and it will only get worse as more join in
