      D O A

There are a number of stories on this forum
of Sky routers that are D O A (Dead On Arrival).
Or have lived for a few minutes only.

My White V1 has never let me down in 16 months.
      Is that a record?

Answer quickly please - before Sky FORCE an upgrade
I do not want and muck it up. And then deny responsibility.

I'm not psychic. I used to be with AOL.

How long do they usually take to deliver. The woman said up to 5 days. This was on Sunday, I was hoping it would have come by today

      Re: Dead

My experience is that they take exactly 5 working days, so it'll probably arrive tomorrow.

Just what it is that Sky have done with the router between Sunday and today (they're shipped by ParcelForce next-day delivery, so it'll probably be leaving today) is a mystery.

      Re: Dead

5-10 working days as it is dealt with by an external logistics group, currently they are slightly backlogged and it's causing a delay here and there.
