Hi thankyou, but i think you misunderstood, i cant actually access the computer on the networks, accessing the files would come after, When i go to my workgroup computers i see the computer but when i click into it i get an access is denied error. I have seen on other websites that it could because of a firewall but i have all firewalls turned off, please help.
      Thankyou

I think you may be misunderstanding. You will not be able to access a PC until you set up shared folders. It is these folders you access, not the whole PC, anything you want to access from another PC must be in a shared folder. It is possible to share a whole drive in the same way as a folder, but for safety and security this is not advised.

I think you can just right click whatever files or folder you want to share and then click properties. It should show something like "sharing etc"
