      Surely its the netgear that is running your current ADSL link, even if the D-link is running your LAN. Are you still getting dropouts every day?

      The Netgear provides me with anywhere between 7 and 15 dropouts per day and carries on to do so.

      I have been able to prove though that my router would not provide such drop outs or at least not anywhere near as often.
