      how can i portforward my modem/router model: DG834GT?? because im going to host a Online Game and i need to portforward some ip's....

      other question when im gonna change my password, how can i know it if i forgot the password I use to changed the old password..? hope this make sense...haha sorry for bad english...


      i forgot what should i put on those boxes lol...can some1 help me pls

      Hi if you check out Mossywells excellent tutorial in the tools and tutorial section under how to port forward it should refresh your memory

      What password are you looking to change? If it's the router password then either choose something that you can remember but isn't too obvious or just pray you don't have problems and have to call Sky as we will force reset the router to factory settings if we cannot get in with the standard password, at that point all your forwarding settings will go.
      Might be worth writing down what the new password is or putting it on a post it note on the bottom of the router with the original one.

      ah okie i just need to port forwad this ports tho 2900 and 80 etc....>.<i figured out how to port forward on my router...but i 4got wah should i put on those boxes...>.< on the picture i posted...

      You have already been advised to look at THIS tutorial, it explains everything in a straight forward way. If that does not help have a look at THIS one.

      now i know what to put on my Lan Server and how bout the 2boxes at the bottom start and finish??

      now i know what to put on my Lan Server and how bout the 2boxes at the bottom start and finish?? is it my Terminal Server 192.168.0.1/2 on the start box and default gateway on finish box?

      For what you want to do, you probably want to leave the "Wan Users" setting at "Any" and then leave the two sets of boxes below it empty.
