So what should I do when they find out that I am using the Internet using my non-Sky router?

Oh god yeah. When you phone them up, you've gotta plug your non-functioning Sky router in, otherwise it is going to look like everything's fine from their end.

Plug the Sky router in and phone up technical support. Then they will send you a new router.

      Re: Flashing Lights

Just got a call from SKY Tier 3 regarding the flashing lights on my router. They are now sending me a replacement router.

      Hopefully this one will work.

      Re: Flashing Lights

i work for sky tech support, all you have to do is call tech support and say the 2 lights wont stop flashing, theyl ask you to try unplugging and plugging the power cable, then resetting it, check all connections then theyl send you another router no problem!
