Unhappy ***PLEASE HELP*** Router Drops Connection roughly Same time every night

Please help, have been with sky for 2 months now and at roughly 9 o clock every night my connection slows down then dissconnects,i have monitored it through the router settings and it seems that the downstream goes up and the noise margin goes down, here is a post of the stats from after this has happened and underneath them are the stats as they are now which the downstream speed is also slower than what it is normally ( normally 4096 which it is capped to ),

Why don;t you try buying a different modem? I gave up on netgear and bought linksys. Haven't had any dropouts since.
