Will the router work in this scenario?

      Hi all.

To put you in the picture, I ordered Sky Broadband last month and gave them a MAC code from my current ISP. When it was nearing the time of MAC expiring I rung sky and asked what was delaying the order. To cut a long story short I ended up canceling the order as I am currently studying a degree and cannot be without internet.

Now I know the order is definatley canceled because it says so on the BT order tracker, and also the date of MAC code has now passed.

However Sky have still sent me the Router this morning.

My question is: When I reorder Sky broadband next month, will I be able to use the router that has been sent to me today?

      Cheers

Yes, unless they've deregistered the username/password contained within it (never heard of them doing that though - yet). In any case they'll send you another one with the new order.
