    Error: 100 ?

    This is a discussion on Error: 100 ? within the Sky Router forums, part of the Sky Broadband help category; My mate has just been activated but thorugh the router connection test it gives Error: 100 does this tell me ...

      Error: 100 ?

      My mate has just been activated but thorugh the router connection test it gives

      Error: 100

      does this tell me anything???

      The line is dead, BT say all ok, Sky say ...hold, hold, hold errr dun no sir

      no interent at all but does Error 100 mean anything ?

      help

      that should be sky's way of seeing why it failed - if they don't know, i do not know who else would.

      Yep Call SkyBB TS and tell them the router is connected all lights are on but nothing is happening they need to make some changes to activate it.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
