      Hi so glad to have found you all

      Hi my name is Michelle. I have been on sky for about a year. Yes the contract is nearly up and if I carn't sort my router out very soon will be saying goodbye to sky
      Im not very technical so i will apologise in advance for any stupid questions i ask.
      Will go and have a good look around and see if i can find some answers before i make a total fool of myself.
      Just sooooooo glad ive found some peeps who know what their talking about.

      Sky DO know what they're talking about - it's all about getting to the parts that understand......usually it's miscommunication on behalf of both parties, but i think the main issue is the process of troubleshooting that gets people wound up - that and a high level of impatience!!!

      have a look at the 'Sticky' threads in every part of the forum and hopefully you won't repeat too many already answered questions
