      Thanks again for your time.
      I will try this over the next day or so as it is not easy for me since the master socket is downstairs & my desktop pc system is upstairs.
      However, what do my stats tell you about the errors that you refer to, are they wiring related from the master socket to the extension socket that the modem is connected to or do you thunk it is the line coming in ?
      Do my settings appear ok to you? can I change any settings to improve speed &/or connection stability ?

      Just to clarify, I cannot get the Sky LLU packages where I am currently, so i'm stuck on the Connect package. Does the Connect package support ADSL2+ or will it be G.DMT?

      No, unfortunately it is a completely different technology. ADSL2+ is only available on LLU lines.
