      You need to leave your modem/router connected for at least 24 hours do identify any real problems via stats!

      Thanks For the info guys, i have disabled upnp and my noise margin has set it self at 8.5 but my download speed is at 7680 kbps, It stayed online for 1 hour so it has improved .... thx fihart's
