Hi there. What kind of messages or problem are you experiencing?. I used VPN though my home connection on a work laptop all day today without any problems whatsoever. As a new Sky broadband customer, it was my maiden voyage with the work laptop.

Question Re: VPN pass through Netgear DG834GT

When trying to connect, error 800 comes up (unable to obtain VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachaeble or security parameters may not be configured properly for this connection). IT department at work say I need to enable VPN on the router, but not sure how to, any ideas?
