      New Wireless Laptop

      hi guys,

      i need some advice.

i am buying a new laptop to replace the wirelessly connected desktop i have at present.

I have encrypted my network using the WEP sticky in this forum but have forgotten my encryption key.

Can i change this in the router settings as i did when setting it up?

Or can i reset the router to start again, thus allowing me to enter a new password?

      Cheers,

      Barry

      Re: New Wireless Laptop

You can bypass wireless encryption by connecting via ethernet cable. Otherwise reset the router -- press button at rear for 30 secs with power on -- default passphrase printed on router or supplied in Sky correspondence.
