I would agree totally with what you are saying if it wasnt for the fact that the Be service was running 2 meg faster than the sky service, and it was rock sloid for almost a year. I would say that pretty much rules out cabling problems at my end. Also, its a new house (less than 12 months old) so assuming the cable in the ground is relativley new, at least part of the way to the exchange.

The service as it is is absolutley useless to me. I have just tried to download a word document from my word site, and it took nearly 3 mins. The file was less than 1MB! I can get better performace using a bluetooth link to my mobile. Its going to cost me 25 quid to reconnect to Be, but it seems that its the only option.
