Things were going oh so well until 3 weeks ago and router 1 stopped working completely.
Phoned cs and was informed that it must be a duff router and will send out replacement asap.
Router 2 arrive and for a spell everything was hunky dory .Now router 2 is disconnecting every 5 mins.
Does anyone know what the orange tick beside the power light means?
The orange tick is constantly flashing and i have little or no connection.
Any advice would be gratefully received

New router is probably broken as well. Two options, spend 1 hour trying to order another router from Sky or change ISP (that's what I did). Btw I think the light next to the power means Internet connection. When you are connected it will go green, when connecting it will flash orange. Also, have you tried resetting the router?

I have not been for a while, so bear with me if i go off on some tangent or another,
without reading any of your other posts, could you advise on a few details.
which router did you have originaly and how long for ?
how did it stop working (no power / no wireless / ect)
which router did sky supply as a replacement ?
and have you done all the normal checks on you home line (using master/test socket)
