Port Forwarding - different internal/external ports?

I wonder if anyone can help with a quick port forwarding question.

I want to use one port externally (e.g. 443) and forward it to my iMac using a different port (e.g. 5900).

My previous router (a 3com) was able to do this - you could specify different internal and external ports, but the Netgear box either doesn't do it, or the option is hiding from me!

Would be grateful to know if anyone has managed this.
