2 HDMI sockets on Sky Q box?

Before I upgrade to Sky Q, I see in pictures online there are 2 HDMI sockets on the rear of the Q box.

Does this mean I can connect 2 TVs and watch 2 different programs connected to 1 box at the same time??

Re: 2 HDMI sockets on Sky Q box?

I have 1x HDMI on my 2TB Sky Q box and haven't seen a picture anywhere showing any different. Perhaps you can display the pictures you refer to here?
But the answer to your question is almost certainly no.

If scroll down on this review to Wrap Up and see the picture of the rear appear to be 2 HDMI sockets.

Re: 2 HDMI sockets on Sky Q box?

It occurs to me you must be looking at an old photo of an old Q box. That had an HDMI 'in' slot that was never activated and is a mystery as to why it was even there. Later boxes have only one single HDMI slot which is 'out'going.

      Hope that helps.

Yes. as per my reply above. Look closely and you will see they are marked 'in' and 'out'.
