      BT Sport not working on new Sky Q installation

      Hi,

      Just had Sky Q & 2 mini's installed yesterday. My BT Sport subscription has not carried over to new viewing card.

      Tried updating viewing card on BT website but new card number is not being accepted, rang BT & they say its a problem with viewing card so ring Sky. Rang Sky they say because all Sky channels are working its nothing to do with card or Sky and its BT's problem. Contacted BT again & again they saying Sky's problem!!

      Any idea's anyone?

      This is possibly going to sound daft to you but this fixes 99% of issues. If you haven't already then try restarting the Q box. Restart by removing the power plug from the wall socket, wait 30 seconds, plug power back in and follow the on screen prompts. See if that helps to get it fixed.
