Sky Player Script error

I have downloaded the Sky Player and when I try to run it i get:the following script error

Line:324
Char:9
Error:'_propositionInstance.Offline' is null or not an object
Url:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Kontiki/sky_prod/cache/StartPage.htm

I checked the forum and successfully ran regsvr32 vbscript.dll from the command prompt.

I still get the script error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting but to no avail.

I am running Windows XP with Kaspersky Internet 2009 but this does not appear to be blocking anything. I also have the latest script environment (5.7)

Any ideas (before I tear all my hair out).

Thanks

Just to let you know that my internet options are also fine (i.e. disable debugging is ticked and notify of errors is unticked).

Have you tried disabling your AV / Firewall software briefly? It looks like something is stopping it from being accessed, although I could be wrong.
