      My Sky App Review

      The new My Sky App is designed to allow you to check your Sky account a little more easily on your mobile phone. You can also use it to resolve some common issues with your Sky TV or Broadband product, such as problems with your remote control or issues with your telephone.

      How do you get it? Simply navigate to your respective store (Play Store for Android or Apple Store for iPhones) and search for ‘My Sky’.
      When you first run the app you will be asked to log in using your SkyiD and password. Unless you use the option to log out, the app will remember your log in details for future use.

      Manage account
      This section allows you to check your current Sky bill, which products you have, adjust any settings (such as which Sky STB to remotely download content to) and add things to your Sky package.

      Fix a problem
      In this section you can go through some of the more frequent issues that can affect Sky’s customers. Whether you’ve lost your picture or can’t connect to the Internet, there are several pages of help. In some cases a short video will play to provide a little extra help.

      Still no support for windows
      They have been promising apps for over 2 years now
      big multi media company can't cover all mobile and tablet/notebook operating systems

      Not at this time.

      It is possible to get all the functions supported in the app through the sky.com website, with the exception of using your device to dial the connection. So if you have a reasonable browser on your Windows phone, please do use your browser to visit the sky.com website.

      Are you mixing up two different apps?
