I know it isn't/has never been popular but it is a Nokia, in 20 years time it will be a highly sought after "rose tinted glasses" collectors piece when Androids of this era will be as cheap as chips.
"Er indoors" has an up to date Android, I'll have to see about prying it out of her hand for a few moments to see what all the fuss about these rewards is.

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme

As I understand it, I could get a free Q install which is not much use as I have had Q for a year, a free DVD, and "the chance" (what does that mean exactly ?) of some tickets to a sporting event.
Better than nothing but offering a free install to somebody who has already got it doesn't sound well thought through.

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme

      Hello All
As a matter of interest have any members who do not have a compatible device to download the My Sky App
to access Sky VIP tried the Bluestacks Program which I understand allows Android Apps to be loaded on to
      a PC........???
I did try it yesterday but it appears to have software clashes with Windows 10 Creators addition, but some friends have managed
to load successfully on Windows 7pro.
This software is Not Supported by Sky..........!!!!!!

Isn't the VIP service option when you call Sky worth it?
Queue jumping is the best feature unless of course lots of 15+ year tenure customer all call at the same time!
Getting free engineers without having to haggle (I understand Sky Q should give this already) but it's extra peace of mind. Free home moves.

The service is relatively new and there are already a few extra things to be offered in the next month or two.

Really, check your My Sky app each month to "keep an eye" on your bill and check for available offer on the VIP section.

Seems daft to me to advertise the fact that you have long queues for customer service and that they are that bad that it is an incentive for long standing customers to be able to bypass them.
And how does that work ?

You call NOW and by the time you need something in 6 months you've reached the top of the queue????

It means that when you call Sky to cancel or have a technical problem or are moving home soon,
and it tells you that you will need to wait an hour,
then suddenly you are speaking to someone within a few minutes!

Also VIP service means you will speak to the same advisor a lot of the time about issues on your account.
