Our modern society does not like to discuss death, yet in the Victorian times it was dealt with in a much better manner.

Of course there are many stories of companies charging the deceased. These are just the latest, but a little care or human interaction would have identified the issues and prevented such letters being sent out.

Of course with the recent changes in Sky's T&Cs it would seem that a lot of people have been taking Sky for a ride in the past. Adding interest charges to late payments will not help the kind of issues mentioned in the article above.
At least one - I died and went to heaven watching Kim Kardashian on CSI last night

Yep, and then Taylor Swift features tonight (Ch5, CSI

It's a vehicle for stars in other fields to see if they can make the grade acting...or just shameless self-promotion - still I'm not complaining.

Sorry for (albeit rather pleasant) divergence hahaha

      1. Stand about 10cm from wall and face it.
      2. Move head in a fast thrusting movement towards wall and stop only once you have engaged with the wall
      3. Repeat #2 until wall objects or you pass out

Funnily enough this is why I prefer online chats, not only do you get the ability to (legally) keep a copy but it also saves your voice.

I once spent a long time trying to cancel a Three contract on the phone mentioning loads and loads of <removed>, they only 'gave in' when I mentioned that I wasn't expecting a kind of Spanish inquisition.
