      Sky Multiroom is now called "Sky Multiscree​n" with FREE Sky Go Extra!

      From today our Sky Multiroom product has been renamed “Sky Multiscreen”!

      This is simply a change in name and no action is required by existing multiroom customers and they will continue to receive their services as normal!

      This is part of our on-going commitment to give customers ultimate flexibility to watch what they want, when they want, wherever they are.

      FREE SKY GO EXTRA FOR MULTISCREEN CUSTOMERS

      Sky Go Extra, which normally costs £5/€6 per month, is also free to Sky Multiscreen customers, and takes Sky Go one step further by letting customers stream live TV on two devices and download content on up to four devices (including selected tablets, smartphones and laptops) to watch wherever they are, even without an Internet connection!

      Benefits of Sky Multiscreen!
      Allows you to have the flexibility and control to watch the content they love in and out of the home.
      Choose in the home where to watch Sky TV with Sky Multiscreen.
      Download and access your favourite content on the go with Sky Go Extra – on up to four devices and no signal required to watch all downloaded content.

      Will existing subscribers who have multi-room but not extra automatically get extra or do they manually have to apply for the latter?

      You should visit the Sky website, navigate to the Sky Go section and add it to your account.

      If you have MultiScreen it will show on your monthly bill as a debit and a credit as shown here:

      You can add it from your tablet or smart phone too.
