Over the next few days Sky is upgrading their systems that are used to provide support to their customers. Once completed the teams should be able to provide quicker support for their customer base.

This update will affect all their different support services in due course. Everything should be up and running for Monday 17th June 2013.

Do remember that this forum is also available, in an unofficial capacity, to help address many of the issues you may have.

Sky Help & Support Latest News
Restricted service in our Contact Centres | 11 June 2013 From 7am on Thursday 13 June to 11pm on Sunday 16 June, we'll be upgrading our systems so we can help our customers even more quickly in the future.

While this is happening, it's likely you'll have to wait longer for an advisor to become available if you call us about your Sky account.

Because of this, you may find it's more convenient to come online, as there are many things you can do in My Sky, like checking your bill or
making a payment, changing your payment details or tracking any orders you have with us. You just need to sign in with your Sky iD.

If you don't already have one, you can sign up for a Sky iD here. We can also help you you've forgotten your Sky iD username or password.
