My point was that the change made by Sky was to fall in line with mobile providers, which O2 is most certainly one such company.

Until last year BT's cheap rate call time started at 6pm and finished at 6am. They changed to fall in line with the mobile providers who have always been 7pm to 7am. Sky copied this.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

That was one of the reasons I left Sky as circumstances changed.

As, Scubbies states it can be an issue for some people.
Tend to use VOIP for international on the rare occasions I have to call an international destination

Seem most of the calls on my bill are either 0845/0870 or one of the local takeaways, we tend to use our mobiles for everything else.

I wish providers would offer a Broadband only service even if it meant only saving a couple of £ compared to taking broadband with voice.

I recently discovered that the inclusive minutes on my T-Mobile plan includes calls to 08 numbers. Don't know if other mobile providers do this. My monthly Sky Talk call charges are usually now precisely zero. And usually so are my T-Mobile call charges.

They seem to include it in some tarrifs but not others.
