hum true 69 for a router is over the top even for a isp selling it to customers. anyways the 2504n router from last year is fine for the minute but if i see a major router from sky that has everything top notch then i may consider upgrading.

After being messed around by Sky.............
this is what I was told.
"I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the services provided. I will do my best to help you with this enquiry.

I understand you are one of our loyal cusotmers of Sky. I wish I could help you in sending one in free of cost unfortunately, I would like to inform you that the Sky Hub will be charged for 39 for all the existing customers. If you would like to escalate the issue further you can write the letter to the below mentioned address:

      Customer Relations

      Sky Subscriber Services Ltd

      PO Box 43

      Livingston, West Lothian

      EH547DD

I hope this information has helped with your enquiry. If you require any further assistance, please reply to this email."
