Can you provide the exact link to the website you are seeing this number on as all of Sky's numbers start with 08442 not 08432.

Those of us who were invited to the "New MySky" pilot program (Which the guy i spoke too at Sky this morning called the "One Pilot") have phone numbers as 08432 showing on sky.com.

We now have one phone number which is answered immediately by someone who asks what your issue is, and directs your call. This replaces voice menus.

It's actually pretty good, because now I have a log of both the phone call yesterday where the woman has noted she applied the 12 month line rental to my account, and the live chat this morning, where the guy i spoke too has logged he applied a 1.38 credit, as they are aware of the issue with 08432 numbers.

Ah, my mistake, I completely forgot they had created this new number for the pilot they were running.

What I have found in reality is that having SULR has meant no other offers have been available during the period that SULR has been in force on my account.

So, I would suggest weighing up the current monthly saving of 2.30 (annual equivalent 27.60) of taking SULR against the potential value of what you might save if you can get another Sky offer instead. For instance, if you could get the HD pack free for 6 months, that would save you 60!

(Maybe get that other offer first and then get SULR the next day, if that's possible?)

SULR is currently equivalent to 9.95 per month vs. the Sky Line Rental normal price of 12.25 per month, giving an annual saving of 27.60 - or more if the normal price of Sky Line Rental increases during your SULR period."
I was able to take up sky's offer of HD pack- first 3 months free + 100 m&s vouchers during my SULR contract.

It was one of several offers on my mysky page.

I think they should give you everything sky for free the way you have helped us forum members and have promoted sky as well.

      I wish!!!

Although I did get a free Sky Hub and early access to the latest EPG in return for beta testing them...

Oh wait! Have I been "selected" by Sky for "something special" to drop through my letterbox any day soon???
