      That is the old version.

Other than waiting a few more days, I don't know what else to suggest I'm afraid.

Thanks, maybe the update servers don't know about my sky box yet. It's very new, poor thing.

Re: Catch Up TV On Your EPG Very Soon

When I was helping a friend recently we had to connect her STB to the telephone line before the first update would proceed.

Currently it isn't connected but she has received the updates since then.

Hers was installed at the end of August and the Engineer failed to perform the update himself. They should check this when they install the STBs.

I've done a forced update when I got in from work,

      R005.053.70.05P

      4f31a7

Noticed it now shows the Receiver ID, the catch up bit is brilliant and it seems nice and quick to load the different pages

Nice to see you and many others are successfully getting this update now.

The '4f31a7' is the build code. Mine is '4f3101' and there are many other build codes I have seen.

The headings aren't particularly logical but they are understood at the call centres.

I'll try again. I'm definitely connected to the phone, i can view purchasing info for Box Office etc so i must be (no error messages either when booting for not being connected).

I've just run forced update again and it has worked this time.

Looking great, I really like the way they've organised it now.

Re: Catch Up TV On Your EPG Very Soon

      hi, to all
i have also the new epg to my new amstrad but i have a new very big problem for me
any record i had on my planner, that was before the update or its a new record after the update , there is problem with the subtitles
subtitles always are 1-2 sec forward from the correct time
any idea how to solve it, because i want to believe that i dont have to wait for a new epg!!!
