Initially I thought that it might be the router of choice for Sky's FTTC & FTTP product range.

It looks as though there are 4 LAN ports and one ADSL port though, so perhaps not after all.

With regards to the new Sagemcom becoming WiFi n enabled, I hope that they get other aspects of it working first. I'll crack on later today with the Sagem 2304n, but it has so far failed to impress me as a simple but capable router.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

That looks like a 240v connector to me. If it is, there will be more heat to get rid of. Might make a nice toaster though.

Maybe Sky are getting into bed with Apple?

Well it does look very appleish and it could have Apple TV embedded in it which would give access to lots of online content to complement Anytime+. Apple TV has iPlayer so that could be their route to get iPlayer on Sky.

      Gotta love speculation

Looks like a white Nintendo Gamecube, if it not got Apple TV inside then Apple will prob argue about it looking similar to its Apple TV device as they like taking everyone to court.

I don't think it will have anything to do with apple, there is no huge apple logo, we all know how much they love branding their products.
