It does indeed. The BB account isn't in his name so he's ok. It's his parents who will have the legal issues......oh and the suspended BB of course.

Law firm which pursued 'file sharers' being investigated over email leak | Technology | guardian.co.uk

The UK information commissioner is investigating the leak of thousands of emails containing personal information from the controversial solicitors' firm ACS:Law after the company's website came under sustained attack by online activists.

Tens of thousands of broadband users may have had private information including their addresses and credit card details leaked online in the aftermath of a prolonged attack by users protesting against the methods used by ACS:Law to pursue alleged file sharers.

Re: ACS Law and Some Sky Broadband Customers - A Heads Up

Anyone know where I can get a non torrent version of the list? I have friends who are sky broadband customers and I am concerned if they are on the list because I'd give them a warning if they are.

Even one just containing the names would do.

tech3475 and Tim1964, have a look at Torrent freak and scroll down through the comments for posts dated 26/9 for instructions on how to read the files.

Although some may say this is karma or even justice and im not denying it has put a smile on my face we must remember that there are thousands of people who now have all there details plastered over the net because someone couldn't manage a website properly.
